ON THE RIGHT, SHE BASED HER STYLE ON 385 AND ADDED THE ADDITIONAL LAYER OF ORGANZA.  HER EXTRA CHARGE FOR THIS WAS $29 FOR THE BUSTLE AND $10 FOR THE PREMIUM SASH COLOR. THERE WAS A SMALL CHARGE TO ADD THE ORGANZA SKIRT. CUSTOM DRESSES ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
