Resort: Le Virman (the ceremony was set on the beach in the sunset and the dinner was at the 'O' Restaurant next to the beach) www.SamedResorts.com (contact persons were Mrs Benyaba and Mr Suvit). We organized a boat trip (sight seeing and snorkeling), for all our guests who wanted to come, the day after our wedding. We did this through the resort and we had three motorboats set off from the beach after lunch, and we came back at sunset. It was phenomenal.

Flowers: The resort's florist organized all flowers including the carpet of red rose petals, corsages and boutonnière, and decorative flowers. I made the request of what types of orchids I needed several months before the wedding.

Food and beverage: We opted for Italian food as most guests were having local thai food during the rest of their stay. The menu was organized with Mr. Suvit the Food & Beverage Manager of the resort. The cake and petite fours were hand made by the chef from the resort, it was a divine white and dark chocolate truffle cake with individual truffles all around the cake. The resort has an extensive wine cellar and we 'booked' our wine well in advance so that we could ensure that we got the wine we wanted all from the same vintage.
