Pegeen is a manufacturer and designer of fine couture quality childrens wear - including our fabulous and luxurious silk flower girl dresses in over 200 colors - our goal is to provide to you exactly what you want with out the hefty custom pricing. These are all our own designs and we love what we do! Silk is a natural fiber and is luxurious. MOST of our flower girl dresses are made of pure silk, not the synthetic "stuff" coming from China. Our flower girl dresses are made here in the USA at our own factory in Florida. We are proud that our dresses, because we do not sell to stores, are offered at the least expensive price possible and we are less than our competitition because of this. We do want to say, however, that silk prices (our mainstay fabric) as well as cotton have increased dramatically recently.
