Announcing our July Flower Girl Dresses of the Month!

Every month Pegeen.com highlights a new Wedding of the Month and Pegeen announces our pick for July, a beautiful black and white wedding, held at the Phoenix in Cincinnati with Photography by Neusa Ruhl.

From the very start, the photography was stunning.  Perhaps the mood, which was set from the deep red roses and the black and white ballroom floor had its roots in my love for this wedding, but what really did it for me was all the ambient lighting set by the red glow in the ballroom and the guest who all attended the wedding in black and white as well.  After looking at all 7 disks from the bride and photographer, I couldn’t stop!
