I hate call transfer and listening to a bland voice telling me to push a button to get to a certain department.  We have all screamed at our phones I am sure whether it is the cell phone company, cable, UPS, service department or even Home Depot.

When can we start talking to one another on the phone again?  I can not always promise you that we will be here 24/7 to answer our phones but even though I have quite a few people who work here we promise to answer our phones with a smile and NO PUSH THIS NUMBER TO GET THROUGH TO HERE.
