We have a new color this season called Baltic Sea and it is STUNNING!  This dark teal silk flower girl dress created for a 10 year old by Pegeen was finished off with a butter creme silk sash and a square neck.  Overall, teal blue remains very strong for colors for weddings for the Fall and also for Spring 2011.
