INSTRUCTIONS: Fill out the form below by checking the boxes next to the colors you would like. At the bottom, you will need to fill out the form in full. SWATCHES GO OUT IMMEDIATELY IN THE MAIL EVERY DAY and should arrive in 3-6 days. Please limit request to approximately 10 - 12 choices.

If your email address is not valid or is a bogus address, you will not get swatches. PRIVACY INFO: We don't share your email, we don't sell them, we just use your email to contact you to be sure you get your swatches by following up a few days later to make sure they arrive. We may also notify you if there is a price change but we do not keep a formal list and don't hound you to death either w/endless email blasts. IF YOUR SWATCHES COME BACK IN THE MAIL which unfortunately may happen since our postal office is so efficient, we will contact you immediately to get a correction or an alternative or office address!
